I'm glad you've taken the first step toward creating meaningful change in your life. Life often presents challenges when we least expect them, and navigating those moments can feel overwhelming. My role is to support and guide you through these transitions, offering a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. You're not alone—and together, we can work through whatever life has brought your way.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Salve Regina University and then progressed towards my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2015, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families as they navigate life’s complexities and transitions.
I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development, consistently attending trainings and conferences to deepen my expertise and enhance the support I offer in sessions. I hold specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Gottman Method Couples Therapy- Level 1, and I’m especially passionate about supporting couples through various stages of their relationship to find connection through learning how to manage conflict, deepen their friendship and increase intimacy with one another. I am also a Gottman Seven Principles Leader and offer intensive workshops for couples looking to enhance their relationship through learning the 7 Principles for Making a Marriage Work.
Additionally, I’ve completed an intensive 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I enjoy incorporating mindfulness practices into therapy for clients seeking calm, balance, and new coping strategies. Let’s face it—life and anxiety often go hand in hand. Learning how to manage stress effectively can be one of the most powerful tools for personal growth and emotional resilience.

Erica Diaz, LMFTA
Hi! I’m Erica and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFTA. I graduated in 2015 from Central Connecticut State University. Finding the right therapist can be challenging, however is so important to have a safe space for you to heal.
As a therapist I see myself as earnest. I am understanding, compassionate and open-minded. My past has given me the ability to emphasize with people that are hurting. Having supportive, compassionate, and honest relationships is an essential part of life and wellbeing. I like to help my clients feel grounded and offer them the ability to make their own choices as we search for the ones that are the most healthy and effective together. My goal is to help decrease an individual’s suffering and free them from limitations that maybe holding them back.
I specialize in individual, couples, and family treatment, I utilize several different modalities that help to heal trauma, depression, anxiety and life stressors. I am also level two trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) a self led approach. My therapeutic approach will be tailored to each individuals needs. You are the expert of your life and it is my job to help guide you and support you through a process of positive change. I look forward to working with you and starting a new path led by self love.

Juan Escoriza, LMFTA
Welcome, I’m Juan, a LMFTA who has 10+ years of experience working with adults and children in a therapeutic capacity to manage depression, anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, life stressors, psychosis, and family conflict. I completed my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology with a double major in Elementary Education at Roger Williams University. I also completed my Master of Science (MS) in Marriage and Family Therapy at Stetson University.
I am passionate about helping couples, families and individuals handle transitions and developmental changes. My trainings include Gottman Model Couples Therapy, Level 1 and Level 2 as well as extensive work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). At times, we become stuck and not sure what direction to take to alleviate our stress. I am eager to help clients assess aspects in their life that may need change by guiding them in creating goals to resolve their struggles.

Shannon Curry, LMSW
Hello, I’m Shannon Curry, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Saint Joseph.
I’m passionate about working with both children and adults, and my experience includes school-based settings, individual therapy, family therapy, and community advocacy work. I bring a flexible, compassionate approach to meet each client where they are.
I’ve completed a 12-week training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I enjoy integrating these skills into therapy, especially for people looking to build mindfulness practices, strengthen their distress tolerance skills, and develop more effective emotion regulation strategies.
As a clinician, I’m committed to ongoing learning, research, and personal growth so I can provide the most informed and supportive care possible. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and grounded in empathy and trust. I am here to support you through your process at a pace that feels right for you to help navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
